Happy New Year Everyone ! It has been way to cold in Fair Field to play. The high today is like 29. A week or so ago we had 2 inches of snow. I have seen a few brave souls on the links. I so look forward to warmer days.

Hi Tennessee Golfers,
I'm thinking about developing a States Challenge Cup tournament for next spring. What I'm proposing is we get a team together from each of the states bordering Arkansas and have a two or three day event where the teams play for a low gross and a low net thophy. We could host it here in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. We have rental properties available and we have 8 great courses to choose from.
We can play the afternoon of the first day and maybe get two rounds in on the second day. We would have a banquet the last evening and have prizes and awards. I suggest a team from Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennesee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and of course Arkansas. What do you think of this idea?

Another big day... today we added a $100,000 Shoot Out for random drawing of four golfers who may purchase tickets at $5.00 a piece and as many entries as they want.....

Big day today. We just added a hole in one prize of a Smart Car For Two. You can choose to play for that with a special shot on hole 8 at Chatata Valley in The Three days for Lukas Cook tournament. Still time to bring a team of 4 and maybe win $1000....or $500....or even $250....plus more.
